  • We will provide our own equipment and supplies with the exception of trash bags. We also request that the home owner supply toilet brushes, for sanitary purposes.
  • We strive to exceed your expectations and will inspect our work before leaving your home.  If after your inspection you find that you are not satisfied please contact us with-in 24 hours so we are able to correct the area of concern. Refunds are not offered.
  • In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be canceled, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice.  If a client is unable to provide 48 hours notice they will be charged 50% of the bill for services that would have been rendered. 
  • If you will be away from your home for an extended period of time for any reason (example: vacation or business travel) please be sure that your last cleaning is scheduled before you leave.  This is to protect both the client and Cleanest Castles; we want you to be the last person to leave your home.
  • If you are changing how we will access your home, example switching from key to garage door code entry your key will be returned during your next scheduled cleaning.  If you are requesting that your key be returned due to cancellation of services a $10.00 fee will be collected to mail your key back to you certified, priority mail via USPS.  If a key is lost we will pay up to $5.00 for a replacement once a receipt with replacement cost is provided.
  • If a scheduled cleaning is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled before your next cleaning (whether you are unable to reschedule or Cleanest Castles is unable to accommodate a new date) there will be an additional fee of 50% of your regular bill due at your next cleaning.  Prices are based on frequency of cleaning; additional time will need to be spent to catch up after a missed cleaning.
  • Please be sure your home is accessible to Cleanest Castles.  If we are unable to access your home or are turned away upon arrival for any reason, you will be charged 50% of the bill for services that would have been rendered.
  • For safety reasons we do not use ladders, we will only use a step stool that will be provided only by Cleanest Castles.  Also, shoes must be worn at all times while cleaning your home.
  • During your estimate please indicate the areas of your home that need our cleaning service. We will then evaluate the amount of work needed to complete the job and provide an estimate. You will receive our routine plan and our service agreement with our requirements.  Should there be additional areas needing service at a later date, please notify Cleanest Castles at least 4 days in advance and we will adjust the schedule and billing rate to incorporate these changes. Last minute changes to the schedule may not be immediately accommodated.
  • We require full payment upon completion of our cleaning service.  Returned checks are charged $55 for reprocessing.  If payment is not received at the time of service a $10 late fee will apply.
  • Prior to our arrival, please remove all items that may delay our cleaning service.  If you prefer that our cleaning technicians remove these items, we will add the additional billing time and charge accordingly.
  • We will not move large or heavy furniture to clean under it; we will do our best to clean under the item while in place.
  • If you request that your blinds be dusted we are not responsible for any damage.  In some cases the strings are very thin and can be brittle with age.  The slats on metal blinds also bend very easily.  We will be as careful as possible but cannot guarantee damage will not occur.
  • Cleanest Castles is not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items. Please inform us of any items in your home that require this type of attention. The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs during a cleaning.
  • If you have any irreplaceable, collectable or expensive objects, we ask that these items be secured or put away in order to avoid painful accidents.
  • For safety reasons, we ask that your children be supervised while our equipment is present in your home.
  • Please secure all pets that are dangerous to our employees inside and outside of your house. Cleanest Castles is not responsible for cleaning up after pets.
  • We reserve the option to change our fees after market evaluation. 
  • All scheduled cleanings will be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
  • We observe all Federal holidays, as well as the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas eve and the day after Christmas
